Return Policy

All of our strap are have passed the quality inspection process before they are shipped.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

If any product is damaged or defective in workmanship or wrong delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

 

How can I return the goods?

Contact us to confirm that your item is eligible for a replacement: the condition of the strap must brand new and never been use.

We will start making the replacement straps once we got your returned package back.

All shipping cost that will occur are customers responsibility.
